Yoga Practice with Sharon Sekera Mondays Yoga,
(meaning “union”) aims to integrate and harmonize all of the various human
faculties - mind, emotions, body, and spirit. We will be practicing Hatha
Yoga, which literally means “the union of the opposites”. Yoga is meditation
in motion. It cultivates flexibility, strength, endurance, and an open
heart and a calm mind. This Yoga class will teach us how to quiet the
mind by placing attention on the breath and on the movement and stillness
